Your Afternoon Nap Is Actually Great For Your Health
Not that we needed an excuse, but science now gives us a good reason to have a nap during the day! A recent study says that a couple of naps per week can do wonders for our hearts.

The study, published in the medical journal "Heart", says that just one or two naps per week can reduce the chance of a heart attack.
Nearly 3,500 subjects, ranging from 35 to 75 years old, were tracked by researchers at Switzerland's University Hospital of Lausanne. They found that napping between five minutes to an hour a day made people 48% less likely to suffer a heart attack, stroke or heart failure.
They added that the number of naps taken per week was irrelevant in terms of a connection to heart health. However, we can't say the same about your productivity...
